To delete your Big Ear account, choose any of the methods below:
1) Recommended: Delete your account in the app. Go to settings (gear icon)
and tap the “Delete account” and follow the instructions.
2) Contact our support team via e-mail to get help. Make sure you contact us
from the same e-mail that your account is associated with.
Note: Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription!
